Hi, I’m Annie Kim, and my life has always been full of change and reinvention.
I was three years old when my family left South Korea and settled in Queens, NY. We moved often, and I never had just one “happy place” growing up. Instead, I became flexible, curious, and creative—always trying to make new places feel like home.
As I grew up, I followed the path many first-generation kids do—I earned a business degree and began climbing the ladder, checking the boxes along the way. But early on, I realized that path wasn't for me. Deep down, I was more interested in understanding what makes people happy and healthy. That question led me to explore wellness, spirituality, and creativity—from massage therapy and psychology to design and movement. Each endeavor has brought me closer to understanding my purpose, even if I'm still uncovering exactly what that is.
Something was always missing. I tried on many roles—healer, coach, designer—but nothing felt quite right. And then, I found real estate.
Helping people find the right home isn't just about reaching the closing table—it's about supporting them in making one of their most significant life decisions. It’s about navigating all the moving parts and ensuring that the journey is smooth, thoughtful, and full of care. And when I began working with seniors, everything clicked. My life of adapting, listening, and supporting others had prepared me for this.
Today, I use my Elegant Move Method to help seniors in Palm Coast move into their next home with grace and care. My process is built around compassion, clarity, and making sure every client feels heard and supported. Whether it’s downsizing, relocating to be closer to family, or just starting fresh, I’m here to help make the move feel easy, empowering, and even joyful.
In my free time, I recharge through drawing, painting, sewing, dancing, going to the beach, and even fermenting vegetables—little creative rituals that remind me how beautiful it is to keep growing, no matter what season of life you're in.
